AKAMARO hindura

  • te veri yifitemo ibyitwa polyphenols ikaba igira akamaro ku kuvana imyanda y’uburozi mu mubiri (antioxidants) iba yinjiyemo binyuze mubyo urya.
  • Yifitemo caffeine itandukanye niyo mu ikawa.
  • Kunywa te veri bifasha mu kurinda kanseri y’uruhu n’itwikwa ry’imirasire y’izuba mibi.
