Tungurusumu
Abantu bakomeje kwibasirwa na zimwe mu ndwara zitandukanye zigenda zihitana ubuzima bwabo nyamara hari bimwe mu byo bakwifashisha bityo bakongera ubwirinzi mu mubiri bakoresheje bimwe mu bimera n’ibihingwa byafasha umubiri kumererwa neza.[1]
Ikimera Tungurusumu

Iryo koreshwa rya tungurusumu nk’umuti, turisanga mu mateka y’ibihugu bitandukanye, ibyo bita "civilization”,harimo civilization y’Abanya- Egypte, iy’Abanya-Babylon, iy’Abagiriki , iy’Abaromani n’Abashinwa.[2] Igira intungamubiri nyinshi kandi benshi bayikoresha mu rwego rwo kwivura no kwirinda indwara. Nubwo ari ingirakamaro bwose ariko hari abantu batemerewe kuyikoresha bitewe nuko ubuzima bwabo buhagaze.[1]Tungurusumu ni umuti w’igitangaza, ni antibiyotike ikomeye cyane mu rwego rwo hejuru! Umumaro wa Tungurusumu kubuzima bwamuntu
