New category name needed

Language query: A new category is needed for the RW WP (for existing Wikidata Item Category:Hospitals in Rwanda). See Ikiciro:Ibitaro mu Rwanda, five pages use this name.
My query: does the word Ibitaro mean:

• hospital
• hospitals
• either (depending on the context)
