Fibres (cg fibers) ni ubwoko bw’ibiribwa bigize ifunguro ryuzuye, bikaba intungamubiri z’ingenzi cyane, kuko zifasha mu gutunga umubiri no kuwurinda indwara zitandukanye. Zifasha kurinda indwara z’umutima, diyabete, kwiyongera ibiro, bifasha mu igogorwa ryiza no kurinda kanseri zimwe na zimwe.
